Passes

Better than Most uses passes to cover platform and licensed data costs. These passes:

  • Are not entry fees for contests and not pooled among users.
  • Have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money.
  • Are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not hold user funds as a wallet or balance.

Refunds are generally not provided once digital services are delivered, except as required by applicable consumer laws. Cancel subscriptions through your app store settings or as otherwise instructed.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Unused virtual passes may be refunded within 14 days of purchase
  • Accidental purchases reported within 48 hours may be eligible for refund
  • Technical issues preventing app use may qualify for partial or full refunds

Refund Process

  2. Provide your account email, purchase details, and reason for refund
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for review and response
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing dispute or unauthorized charge:

  • Contact us immediately at support@betterthanmost.app
  • We will investigate all disputes within 2 business days
  • Provide transaction details and explanation of the dispute
  • We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and quickly

Account Cancellation

Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and data, contact support@betterthanmost.app. This action is irreversible.

Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to use Better than Most. Users under 18 are permitted to register or use the app with permission from a guardian or parent.

Geographic Availability

Better than Most is available worldwide, but some features may be restricted in certain jurisdictions based on local laws and regulations.

Gambling Restrictions

Better than Most is not a gambling platform. We do not:

  • Offer real-money wagering or betting
  • Award cash prizes or monetary rewards
  • Pool user stakes or entry fees
  • Facilitate gambling between users
  • Facilitate communication between users

Export Control

The app and its technology are subject to UK and international export control laws. Users agree not to export or re-export the software in violation of applicable laws.
